Setup Steps
DLH.io Setup Guide for Acumatica OData
Connector Pre-Requisites
Connecting to Acumatica OData, you need to make sure that:
- Your Acumatica instance is version 2024 R2 or later, which is required for table-level OData access.
- You have a dedicated integration user in Acumatica with read access to the modules you want to synchronize. Your Acumatica administrator turns this user's credentials into the API Token used below.
- Each Generic Inquiry you want to synchronize has Expose via OData ticked on the Generic Inquiry screen (SM208000). Only then does it appear in DLH.io.
Instructions (Basic Connection Setup)
DLH.io connects to the Acumatica OData endpoint over secure channels. This connection is read only and never writes data back to Acumatica.
Using the form please complete the following basic steps:
- Enter a Name or Alias for this connection, in the 'Name/Alias' field, that is unique from other connectors.
- Enter in the 'Target Schema Prefix' field, a name that will be unique in your data cloud destination database where you wish to land the data.
- Enter the Instance URL of your Acumatica site, for example
https://yourcompany.acumatica.com, including any site path if your instance has one. - Enter the Tenant (Company), the company name shown on the Acumatica login screen.
- Enter the API Token supplied by your Acumatica administrator.
- Click Save & Test to validate the connection.
Selecting Tables
Every table and Generic Inquiry exposed through OData is selected for synchronization by default. Open the Schema tab to uncheck the ones you do not need.
