Details on Sync Processing

Without a Historical Start Date, the first synchronization reaches back three years for history, work orders, purchase orders and projects, and pulls all items, locations, members and other reference data in full. Every later synchronization pulls only the records created or changed since the previous one; many reference tables (for example locations, groups, vendors, members and teams) are reloaded in full each run. EZOfficeInventory allows a limited number of API requests per minute and DLH.io paces its requests to stay within that limit. Some modules, such as bundles, contracts and packages, depend on your plan and settings; tables for modules your account does not have are created empty and noted in the sync history. The connection is read only.

Be sure to also check the change log and notes page from time to time for any changes.

Issue Handling

If any issues occur with the connection simply return to the sources page in DLH.io, edit the source details and click the Save & Test button to confirm connectivity. If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.
