Frequently Asked Questions

Q: My billing cycle recently crossed and I'm not seeing data?

A: Verizon is inconsistent on when they post the final data from your last billing cycle. It can be up to a two day lag for Verizon to post call data so you will see 0 on the DLH.io dashboard until then. Verizon posts text message data indepent of call data so it's possible you see text message info on the dashboard before the call data.

Don't worry, once Verizon posts the data to their website DLH.io will load this data and it will appear on your dashboard.
