Setup Guide
SAP Business One uses a SQL Server database connector as its backend database structure to support the application.
As you know it can also support SAP HANA, where the DLH.io integration for SAP HANA is part of or Business Critical plan and available upon request.
If you have questions about the SAP Business One API, please let us know. But to integrate with a best practices approach, it is recommended to connect directly to the database itself for performance, manageability, and reduction of throttling requirements. This will save you time and energy. However, if you feel strongly about the API connection please contact us.
Issue Handling
If any issues or questions occur with starting your process to integrate SAP Business One please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.
