Details on Sync Processing

For this connector, we believe the sync processing is straightforward. We've provided a number of details, steps, and other guidance here and in the setup steps guide. Be sure to also check the change log and notes page from time to time for any changes.

Replicated Entities

We incrementally sync the following tables based on the sync frequency you set for your connector. The table names match the name of the API endpoints available via Klaviyo :

We perform a weekly re-import of the above tables (except EVENT) to infer deletes.

We sync the CAMPAIGN and it's child tables using non-incremental endpoints. We re-import these tables once a day irrespective of the sync frequency you set.

By default, we sync events associated with both active and deleted profiles in Klaviyo. However, you can choose to only sync active profile events in the connector setup form.

Event Tracking

Klaviyo has standard email and web tracking events.

Email event includes:

Marked Email as Spam
Opened Email
Received Email
Subscribed to List
Unsubscribed
Unsubscribed from List
Updated Email Preferences

Web tracking events come when you add web tracking to the site. It includes:
