DLH.io documentation for Clover

Clover is a Point of Sale (POS) system that caters to small businesses. It was designed to provide merchants with reliable and secure transactions.

Pre-Requisites

  • Access to your Clover application (typically an Owner or Administrator of your Clover account)
    • If you are trying to authorize your Clover connection with a standard user account such as an employee of your company that does not have Admin or Owner permission then most of the data will not be synchronized.
You must have a high level of permissions to authorize access to Clover for your source connection in order for data synchronization to work correctly. Review this page as DLH.io behind the scenes connects to the Clover API securely but the user connecting aligns with Clover access privileges

Setup Instructions

Follow the setup steps guide for configuring your Clover connection to enable data to flow into your destination via DLH.

Configuration Steps

DLH.io securely connects to your Clover account instance by redirecting you to the Clover authorization screen for you to sign in and authenticate your account.

Using the form please complete the following basic steps:

  1. Enter a Name or Alias for this connection, in the Name/Alias field, that is unique from other connectors.
  2. Enter in the Target Schema Prefix field, a name that will be unique in your data cloud destination where you wish to land the data.
  3. Click the Authorize Your Account button which will transport you to the Clover login, where you will login with your account credentials.
    • Once your credentials are accepted and you allow DLH.io to access your data, you will be automatically redirected back to this DLH.io portal and you should be able to see a successful connection.
  4. After the successful connection Create a Sync Bridge and point to your target destination in order to begin the synchronization/replication of data.
