DLH.io documentation for Airtable

Airtable is a customizable workplace a cloud-based, low-code platform that combines the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a relational database. It enables teams to build custom applications, automate workflows, and organize data—such as project trackers or content calendars—using a visual, drag-and-drop interface.

DLH.io is proud to be able to integrate with your Airtable using the basic steps below.

Setup Instructions

DLH.io securely connects to your Airtable system. Using the form in the DLH.io portal please complete the following basic steps for this connector:

  1. Enter in the Name/Alias field a Name or Alias for this connection that is unique across all other connectors

  2. Target Schema Prefix (shown in Source Connection Only):

    • Enter in the Target Schema Prefix field, a name that will be unique in your target cloud warehouse destination database where you wish to land the data.
  3. Enter your Workspace ID for your Airtable workspace.

    • NOTE: to find your workspace, go to your account, select the workspace, and in the browser address bar the copy the part that starts with "Wsp" and ends before the "?", ex: 'Wspxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'
  4. Click the Authorize Your Account button which will transport the page to the Airtable login, where you will enter your Airtable account credentials. Once your credentials are accepted you will be automatically redirect back to this DLH.io portal and you should be able to see a successful connection.

Once you click the Authorize Your Account button, a window should open from Airtable, and look like this below. Once you see it click the Grant Access button.

After you click the Grant Access button you will be redirected back to the DLH.io (datalakehouse.io) site where you created the connection and can move on to any next steps in your process.

On the DLH page where it lists your connectors, you can click the kabobb-menu, then click on Test Connection to confirm that your setup connected successful and DLH can connect to your Airtable workspace.

Issue Handling

If any issues occur with the authorization simply return to the sources page in DLH.io, edit the source details and click the Save & Test or Authorize Your Account or Re-Authorize Account button to confirm connectivity. If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.

Schema Details (ER Diagram)

There is no schema per se for Airtable as a target, since you are loading from another data warehouse system, etc. into Airtable.
