Known issues
LIMIT_CHECK_TOO_MANY_RECORDS_IN_TABLE
This is an issue where your account with Airtable may have general limitations. For example, if on a lower priced plan there is a limit on the number of records that can be added to a single base or a single base table. If the amount of records coming from the source exceeds that limit then this error will be in your alerts and logs and monitoring area in DLH. Keep in mind that you could use the delete functionality of the airtable connector in DLH using the configuration options. Enabling delete records will ensure your base table is truncated (i.e.: records deleted at each sync bridge run). However, still if your number of records to be synced is greater than your airtable plan limit then you will still receive this error message and the records will not have been loaded.
Issue Handling
If any issues occur with the authorization simply return to the sources page in DLH.io, edit the source details and click the Save & Test or Authorize Your Account or Re-Authorize Account button to confirm connectivity. If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.
