Lightspeed POS

DLH.io documentation for Lightspeed POS

Lightspeed Point-of-Sale (POS), also known as Lightspeed, is one of the most innovative POS systems globally used in hospitality, restaurants, retail, and other industries processing billions of transactions annually. DLH.io enables shared customers to connect their Lightspeed POS system for data storage, analytics, AI projects, and meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) needs. Prerequisites

To connect to your Lightspeed POS account, you must have the following:

  • Your location token for each location/site you wish to retrieve data from.
  • Your API Key

For information about obtaining providing location tokens, please work with your Lightspeed POS representative or DLH account manager to retrieve the necessary information used as part of the integration:

Credentials Pane

In your DLH.io account, navigate to sources and search for Lightspeed.

Click on the result and you should see a connection for to be completed with some minor details about the connection you wish to create.

Enter the details based on the instructions to the right of the page.

Click Save and Continue.

Once saved, click on the connection again, then on the Configuration tab, begin entering the list of location tokens for each location's data you wish to integrate.

Click the Save button to confirm your inputs.

You should now be able to continue to the Sync Bridge (Data Pipelines) creation step.

Issue Handling

If any issues occur with the authorization simply return to the sources page in DLH.io, edit the source details and click the Save & Test or Authorize Your Account or Re-Authorize Account button to confirm connectivity. If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.

Replicated/Synchronized Entities

The following Lightspeed POS entities are replicated to your target destination. These are the table names you will see:

  • TBD
