BambooHR

BambooHR is a comprehensive HR management system for small and medium-sized enterprises and the employees who work there. Users can handle benefits enrollment, track hours worked, and process payroll all from a single platform.

Pre-Requisites

• Access to your BambooHR API (typically an Owner or Administrator of your BambooHR account)
  • If you are trying to authorize your BambooHR connection with a standard user account such as an employee of your company that does not have Admin or Owner permission then most of the data will not be synchronized.
  • Data is retrieved at an Oranization level for BambooHR. You must have Admin or Owner permissions, or invite a user with Admin or Owner permission to authorize access to BambooHR

Configuration Steps

DLH.io securely connects to your BambooHR account instance by redirecting you to the BambooHR authorization screen for you to sign in and authenticate your account. DLH.io does not capture or store your password/credentials.

Using the form please complete the following basic steps:

1. Enter a Name or Alias for this connection, in the Name/Alias field, that is unique from other connectors.
2. Enter in the Target Schema Prefix field, a name that will be unique in your data cloud destination where you wish to land the data.
3. Click the Authorize Your Account button which will transport you to the BambooHR login, where you will login with your account credentials.
   • Once your credentials are accepted and you allow DLH.io to access your data, you will be automatically redirected back to this DLH.io portal and you should be able to see a successful connection.
4. After the successful connection Create a Sync Bridge and point to your target destination in order to begin the synchronization/replication of data.

Issue Handling

If any issues occur with the authorization simply return to the sources page in DLH.io, edit the source details and click the Save & Test or Authorize Your Account or Re-Authorize Account button to confirm connectivity. If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.
