Details on Sync Processing
The first synchronization pulls your full Fleetio history. Every later synchronization pulls only the records created or changed since the previous one. Some reference tables (for example labels, archived vendors and archived parts) are reloaded in full. Fleetio limits how many API requests an account can make each minute based on your plan, so a large first synchronization may take some time. DLH.io automatically paces requests and pauses and resumes when the limit is reached. Some Fleetio features, such as equipment and purchase orders, depend on your Fleetio plan; tables for features your plan does not include are created empty and noted in the sync history. The connection is read only.
Be sure to also check the change log and notes page from time to time for any changes.
Issue Handling
If any issues occur with the connection simply return to the sources page in DLH.io, edit the source details and click the Save & Test button to confirm connectivity. If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.
