Setup Steps
DLH.io Setup Guide for Stripe
Connector Pre-Requisites
Connecting to Stripe, you need to make sure that:
- You have your Stripe Secret API Key (starts with
sk_live_orsk_test_), found in the Stripe Dashboard under Developers > API keys. - The key has the standard read scopes for the objects replicated. DLH.io never writes to Stripe, so a restricted key limited to read access is sufficient.
Instructions (Basic Connection Setup)
DLH.io connects to Stripe over secure channels using your Secret API Key. This connection is read only and never writes data back to Stripe.
Using the form please complete the following basic steps:
- Enter a Name or Alias for this connection, in the Name/Alias field, that is unique from other connectors.
- Enter in the Target Schema Prefix field, a name that will be unique in your target destination where you wish to land the data.
- Enter your Stripe Secret API Key.
- Optionally set a Historical Start Date. Without one, the first synchronization reads up to 2 years of history.
- Click Save & Test to validate the connection.
Stripe Issuing data (cardholders, authorizations, cards, transactions and disputes) is unchecked by default. Check those tables in the schema editor if you issue cards.
If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.
