Setup Steps

DLH.io Setup Guide for Webex Contact Center

Connector Pre-Requisites

Connecting to Webex Contact Center, you need to make sure that:

  • You have a Webex account in your organization with the Administrator or Supervisor role in Webex Contact Center. DLH.io reads data with the access of this account.
  • You know the Region your Contact Center is hosted in, the wxcc-us1, wxcc-eu1 and similar part of its address.

Instructions (Basic Connection Setup)

DLH.io connects to Webex Contact Center over secure channels after you sign in to Webex and approve read only access. This connection never writes data back to Webex.

Using the form please complete the following basic steps:

  1. Enter a Name or Alias for this connection, in the Name/Alias field, that is unique from other connectors.
  2. Enter in the Target Schema Prefix field, a name that will be unique in your target destination where you wish to land the data.
  3. Select the Region.
  4. Click Authorize Your Account, sign in to Webex with the account above and accept the requested access. You return to DLH.io once it is done.
  5. Optionally set a Historical Start Date on the source. Without one, the first synchronization reads the last 12 months.

Re-Authorization

Webex ends the authorization about 90 days after you sign in. DLH.io warns in the synchronization history during the last two weeks. To renew, edit the source and click Re-Authorize Your Connection.
