DLH.io Setup Guide for UKG Pro Workforce Management
Connector Pre-Requisites
Connecting to UKG Pro Workforce Management, you need to make sure that you have the following:
- An API user in UKG Pro WFM whose function access profile allows API access and read access to people, timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, attendance and Hyperfind queries.
- The Client ID and Client Secret UKG issued for your tenant. If you do not have them, open a case with UKG support.
- An App Key, created by a user with Developer Admin rights under Administration > Application Setup > Common Setup > My Apps.
Instructions (Basic Connection Setup)
DLH.io connects to UKG Pro Workforce Management over secure channels using your API credentials. This connection is read only.
Using the form please complete the following basic steps:
- Enter a Name or Alias for this connection, in the 'Name/Alias' field, that is unique from other connectors.
- Enter in the 'Target Schema Prefix' field, a name that will be unique in your target destination where you wish to land the data.
- Enter the Tenant Host, the host name of your UKG Pro WFM sign in page, for example
yourcompany.prd.mykronos.com. - Enter the Username and Password of the API user.
- Enter the Client ID, Client Secret and App Key.
- Optionally set a Historical Start Date. Without one, the first synchronization reads the last two years.
- Click Save & Test, which signs in to UKG Pro WFM and checks API access.
If the connection stops working after a password change or a new app key, edit this source, update the values and click Save & Test. If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.
