Details on Sync Processing

This connection is read only and never writes data back to UKG Pro Workforce Management. Be sure to also check the change log and notes page from time to time for any changes.

  • The first synchronization reads every table from the historical start date. Without a Historical Start Date, the first synchronization reads the last two years.
  • After that, timecards, schedules, time off and attendance are read again for the last 14 days on every run, because UKG allows edits until the pay period is signed off. To change the 14 day window, contact DLH.io support.
  • Schedules and time off are also read 30 days ahead.
  • People and setup tables are read in full on every run.
  • Employees terminated within the synchronized period are included.

Issue Handling

If any issues occur with the connection simply return to the sources page in DLH.io, edit the source details and click the Save & Test button to confirm connectivity. If any issues persist please contact our support team via the DLH.io Support Portal.
